Return & Cancellation Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with any products that are purchased from AC Services. We ask that you contact us and return the goods within 7 days of receipt. We advise all goods are sent via a trackable service. A full refund minus only the postage cost will be provided providing the goods are in an unused condition and in original packaging.

In the unlikely event your item develops a fault during the warranty period AC Services will replace any failed part. We ask that you send the faulty item back to us with a copy of your invoice and a returns reference number which can be obtained by contacting us. Please note that a replacement part cannot be supplied until the faulty part has been received and tested. The method you choose to send the part back to us is not important, as long as we receive it. We do however advise you send the part back via a trackable service.

Once the faulty parts are received we will send your replacement parts. Any product warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Suppliers instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Suppliers approval.
